“Les Rues de Chaux”
Reddish-brown, chalky soil over fractured bedrock. This climat gets its name from Chaux (a rocky plateau), since it extends along the road leading to the village of this name.
Tasting
Red fruits and floral notes on a slightly spicy background. Its structure mellows with time and develops good aromatic complexity and great finesse.
Perfect with traditional Burgundy dishes, game or roast poultry, or a simple pan of mushrooms. However, it does not go well with full-fat and creamy cheeses
