“La Coutière”

Reddish brown soils containing residue of flintstone-encrusted limestone. This climat’s name is derived from the word Côte, as it is on a slope.

Tasting

This very aromatic wine is a harmony of elegance and structure. Redolent of small red and black fruit, then it reveals a hint of wood, hazelnut and smoky notes, creating an exquisite balance of fruit and smooth tannins.

Ideal with game birds, chicken with morel mushrooms, red meat grilled or with a sauce, or cheeses such as époisses or langres
